From my heart to your home: Five pre-recorded online yoga classes which offers gentle flowing sessions with all aspects of yoga ~ pranayama or yogic breathing practices, yoga asana/yogic postures and yogic relaxation practices. Regular practice of this type of yoga may help participants to move from sympathetic or stressed out response of nervous system to parasympathetic response or calm and relaxed feeling in the mind and body.
