My Story

Growing Up

My grandmother was my first guru. She introduced yoga philosophy to my siblings & me. My grandmother lost her sight in an accident, but she never complained about it. I remember her very peaceful being, who always chanted mantras. I am also very fortunate to learn Sanskrit in my school years. I realized the value of learning Sanskrit, it helped my curious mind to study deeper dimensions of the wisdom of yoga.

Even though I completed my Master’s in Computers and was working in the corporate world, my yoga studies continued with great master’s of yoga, like Padekar guruji, B.K.S. Iyengar, to name a few. During this time, as per my teacher’s suggestion, I shared my understating of yoga with different age groups.

 My family moved to the USA, where I continued studying yoga and Ayurveda. I also visited India regularly for my studies. I realized the combination of the wisdom of Yoga, Meditation and Ayurveda can make a massive positive impact on my life. I shared this understanding with those who were interested in this wisdom.  I also continue to learn from great masters of these fields. 

Yoga, Meditation and Ayurveda gave me so much peace, courage to go through tough life experiences, especially my very painful encounter with Ross River virus, due to which I was completely bedridden for 18 months, the recovery was very slow.

Once again yoga, meditation and Ayurveda was there to help me on this journey, keep my mental health in check, reduce inflammation and so much more. I share this understanding of reducing autoimmune disease like symptoms, post virus care, mental health and wellness, physical health and wellness for all, Ayurvedic positive habits to optimise wellness, help you reach your wellness goals.

I believe that my Dharma or purpose is to share wisdom of Yoga, Meditation and Ayurveda  with the world to help people to feel better, gain mental clarity, reduce sufferings and pain, find their Dharma or purpose in life, help people bring balance on mental, emotional, physical and spiritual levels.

I have created The Wellness Tribe master mind community to empower people by providing them with the tools, knowledge, and practices necessary to cultivate positive change. The Wellness tribe’s holistic approach addresses the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of well-being. The Wellness Tribe is more than any yoga, Ayurveda and meditation teacher training.

What I saw as missing, I took upon myself to fulfill. So today, I dedicate myself to bridge the gap between the comprehensive yoga curriculum. I was blessed to have a mainstream understanding of yoga and Ayurveda. I make Yoga & Ayurveda accessible and practical for modern times.

I offer one-to-one mentoring sessions to help you heal and help you achieve your wellness goals, I also help heart centred business owners to find their unique voice. I offer digital courses on Sanskrit, Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda for  your Wellness.

Today, I help people to find peace, help people move from sympathetic more or fight and flight more to parasympathetic mode or rest and digest mode, help people reduce symptoms of inflammation, post virus, autoimmune conditions, better mental health, find clarity  and purpose though wisdom of Yoga, Meditation, and Ayurveda.
